The terms for using this site, holding a member account, and buying from Momentum Coaching Co..
The agreement
These terms apply when you use momentum.syncgrid.io, create a member account, or buy something here. This site belongs to Momentum Coaching Co. and runs on the SyncGrid platform, operated by SyncGrid LLC, a Texas company. Your purchases and your relationship as a customer are with Momentum Coaching Co..
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate contact information so we can reach you about your orders and courses.
Purchases, courses, and programs
Prices are shown on each product page. Card payments are handled by Square. Course and program access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. Questions about an order, delivery, or a refund go to Momentum Coaching Co. at hello@momentumcoaching.example.com; Momentum Coaching Co. sets its own refund and cancellation terms and will tell you what they are before or at the time of purchase.
Content belongs to the coach
Courses, videos, worksheets, artwork, and everything else on this site are the property of Momentum Coaching Co. or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, redistribute, or publish them without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into the site, scrape it, overload it, share your access, or use it for anything unlawful or harmful to others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Messages, texts, and marketing
Momentum Coaching Co. may email you about your orders, courses, and account. Marketing email (a newsletter or a series you signed up for) always includes a link to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing never affects your purchases.
Momentum Coaching Co. will only send you text messages if you gave permission, for example by ticking the texting box on a form or telling Momentum Coaching Co. in writing. Message and data rates may apply, and the number of texts varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts and HELP for help. Texting permission is never a condition of buying anything.
Staff at Momentum Coaching Co., with help from software on the SyncGrid platform, may prepare messages to you. A person at Momentum Coaching Co. approves every message before it is sent, and Momentum Coaching Co. is responsible for what it sends you. If you believe a message was misleading or should not have been sent, contact Momentum Coaching Co. at hello@momentumcoaching.example.com.
No professional advice
Courses, programs, and coaching here are educational. They are not legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Results depend on you and your situation, and Momentum Coaching Co. does not guarantee any particular outcome.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Momentum Coaching Co. nor SyncGrid LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and their total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Momentum Coaching Co. in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as the law permits.
Ending access
Momentum Coaching Co. may close an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using the site at any time; your purchase records stay with Momentum Coaching Co. as described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
